About the Product
This saree feels like home. Soft, breathable, and light - it moves with you, effortlessly. There’s a quiet comfort in its handwoven cotton jamdani - a familiar rustle, the ease of something you’ll keep wearing again and again. For slow weekends, small gatherings, or days you just want to feel like yourself. We have only one piece remaining.

How to Style
Wear it with a royal blue or black blouse - both bring out the green beautifully.
Keep the jewellery silver or oxidised - the matte finish complements the matt green.
For work or daytime events, pair with a crisp blouse and hair tied back; for evenings, switch to relaxed draping, statement earrings with hair open.

Craft Intelligence
Turn the saree over and you’ll see the motifs curve along the edges — a detail that marks it as truly handwoven, not machine-made.
The pattern was created by Saheb, a weaver from West Burdwan whose family migrated from Bangladesh. He first designed it over 20 years ago, weaving from home on a handloom. When demand faded, he moved to powerlooms — until the lockdown, when his son urged him to return. He started weaving it again after years, bringing a forgotten design back into use.

Every Jamdani saree is woven by counting threads, not reading patterns — the design lives entirely in the weaver’s mind. This one reflects that precision — and the decision to return to what’s worth doing by hand.
