We currently accept UPI and bank transfers for orders within India.
For international orders, please email us at contact@theloomandlore.com and we’ll assist you with payment. International payments are not yet enabled directly on the website.
How much does shipping cost and how long will it take?
Shipping within India is free.

Can I return or exchange an item?
At present, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We are working towards enabling this in the future.
